Overview
The MX-V687 is a multi-handle body contouring platform built around five combined technologies: vacuum negative pressure, bipolar RF, mechanical roller massage, 40KHz cavitation, and infrared/red laser. The system pairs a vacuum lift with RF heating and mechanical rolling to work on connective tissue at a 5–15mm depth, while a dedicated cavitation handle and two facial/eye handles extend the machine’s use from body contouring into facial lifting and eye-area treatment. Each of the four handles carries its own 2.8″ touchscreen for on-the-fly parameter adjustment, alongside the unit’s main 12.1″ console.

How It Works
Vacuum Roller RF (Big Handle, 40mm×65mm) — Combines vacuum lift, 180° mechanical roller rotation, and RF energy with a 650nm laser to stretch connective tissue and heat the treatment area — manufacturer thermal imaging shows the treatment zone reaching 43.5°C after 30 seconds of use. Used on the abdomen, buttocks, waist, thighs, and back.
Vacuum RF (Small Handle, 30mm×45mm) — The same vacuum + RF + 650nm laser combination in a smaller head sized for arms, calves, and back.
40KHz Cavitation Vela Vacuum Handle — A dual-handgrip head combining vacuum suction with 40KHz cavitation over a 100mm×135mm treatment area, for fat melting and body shaping on the waist, abdomen, and back.
Vacuum RF Laser Eye & Face Handle — A precision handle with three interchangeable tips — Face (25×32mm), Eyes (16×20mm), and Neck (13×20mm) — delivering vacuum-assisted bipolar RF with a 940nm red laser. Heating reduces skin impedance so RF energy penetrates deeper into connective tissue while increasing intracellular oxygen, supporting wrinkle reduction and skin firming around the eyes, face, and neck.
Across all handles, RF frequency is selectable at 1MHz, 5MHz, or 8MHz to target different tissue depths, and vacuum pressure is adjustable from Level 1 to 7 (max 100Kpa) via a PID-controlled algorithm for a more consistent, hand-massage-like feel.
