The ThulErbe MX-TH68 is a dual-wavelength fractional laser system that pairs a 1550nm Erbium laser with a 1927nm Thulium laser on one 15.6″ touchscreen console, giving clinics a single machine for both deep dermal resurfacing and superficial skin renewal.

How It Works

1550nm Erbium Laser — A non-ablative fractional laser built on focal photothermal action. The energy is divided into countless microscopic beams that precisely heat the dermis, creating microthermal zones that stimulate deep tissue repair without damaging the epidermis. Runs in continuous wave mode with a 1–1000Hz tunable frequency and 30W output power.

1927nm Thulium Laser — An infrared laser whose main target is water in the skin. Because the dermis holds more water than the epidermis, heat rises more in the dermis during treatment while the epidermis is only slightly reddened. A fractional handle focuses the laser onto a spot approximately 0.1–0.15mm in diameter, achieving a non-ablative to micro-ablative effect. Runs in fractional pulse or super pulse mode with a 0.1–20ms pulse width and 1–300mJ adjustable pulse energy.
